Technical description HBA 500S GLR-CNC

The HBA 500S GLR-CNC machine is distinguished by the easy and quick changeover from straight to mitre cuts in both directions. In doing so, the saw frame and material support table are swivelled via the DP 200 input control and the material to be sawn always remains in the same position. When swivelling, the clamping vice is automatically moved to the optimal position close to the saw band.

The material to be sawn is not changed in the transport direction! Fast and exact length measurement with angle calculation is carried out automatically via the DP 200 control. The positioning accuracy is 0,04 mm:
