Manual mitre metal band saw HBS 400GLR

The HBS 400 GLR machine is distinguished by the easy and quick changeover from straight to mitre cuts in both directions. With the standard digital display, the angles can be set precisely to 0,1°. In doing so, the saw frame is mechanically locked and unlocked. The material to be sawn always remains in the same position. When swivelling to a right-hand mitre, the saw clamping vice does not need to be adjusted. The material to be sawn is not changed in the transport direction!

For left-hand mitre cuts, the saw clamping vice is adjusted within seconds using the quick adjustment. The material clamping is always close to the saw band. This ensures a high degree of sawing safety
