The universal twin-column double-mitre metal band saw with automatic saw settings for all materials
The machines of the HBS 500S GLR series enable you to achieve the best cutting performance thanks to their stable twin-column construction, while the simple and clear control provides the highest operating comfort. The machines guarantee a maximum of precision and sawing safety. Thanks to an extensive range of accessories, each model of the HBS series can be upgraded to a machine for demanding sawing tasks.
The HBS 500S GLR machine is distinguished by the easy and quick changeover from straight to mitre cuts in both directions. With the standard digital display, the angles can be set precisely to 0,01°. In doing so, the saw frame is hydraulically locked and unlocked. The material to be sawn always remains in the same position. When swivelling, the saw clamping vice does not need to be adjusted. The material to be sawn is not changed in the transport direction!
For left-hand mitre cuts, the saw clamping vice is adjusted hydraulically and automatically. The material clamping is always close to the saw band. This ensures a high degree of sawing safety
